Delivery Information


At Primera boutique, we will make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you fast, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number and email so that our team can contact you for your delivery.

Your order will be packed and dispatched after verifying the availability of requested item, the given address and payment made. At this point an email will be sent to you confirming the order and expected delivery date.


Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however packages may require a signature on receipt of delivery. If the delivery address is unattended, we will send you a notification to indicate that the delivery is still pending. Delivery can take place from 10 am to 10 pm on defined working days from Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays)


We offer shipping services all over GCC depending on the volume of goods to be delivered. Please be aware that it takes 5-10 working days to deliver across the UAE, and 4 weeks maximum to KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

However, special purchased items which may include alteration and customization will have additional 7 working days time implication. Please note your participation is needed in order to provide correct details of your measurement and this is necessary.

These delivery times are applicable only during normal days. Delivery during festive seasons may take additional time than normal. In case if there are any unexpected delays, we will unfailingly inform you via phone calls or email.
