Items purchased can be returned within 7 days of purchase. They must be in their original packaging, unused and the *Original condition to receive an exchange or store credit. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, or similar product stains and/or odors will not be accepted, will be returned to sender immediately.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS RETURN
If a product is defective, we will try to repair it first to achieve the quality and good condition. if not repairable, our alternative solution will be “exchange policy”. The defective product will be exchangeable with a new piece of customer’s newly selected item subject to payment variation, depending on the price comparison of each item.
